As if...

Officers and staffs at the HDB board claimed that most people who go to them are verbally abusing them or pretenders.
I really think they should do something about their attitide as well.I have personally seen/heard some of them speaking in a string of 没家教 crude words at elderlys who can't even defend themselves.
One case that I've heard:
An officer came to check on this elderly woman because he had received complains that there were always different kinds of men who came looking for this elderly woman every night and would stay overnight in the house as well as create 'chaos' or weird noises. What were the complains actually trying to say?Were they implying that the elderly woman is a “老鸡母”? The officer threatened the elderly woman with
1. If you delay any payments for the flats,we'd repossess the flat
2. Do you know that you shouldn't rent the place out?If I found out,you'd be kicked out.
3. Toilet bowl cracked why do you need to renew?It's just you couple using only.If you're renting this place out,I'd take back the flat. (Now,Dear Officer,would you sit on a cracked toilet bowl to pass motion and not knowing when it'd burst?)
Officers complained that they often got threatened,but for what I've seen and heard,they do that more frequently. The pot calling the kettle black.
