24th Dec

Breakfast was fried bee hoon with fried egg.The bee hoon aunty seemed to have cheated me of my money’s worth of fried bee hoon.It was only 3/5 of the usual portion.The elderly couple sitting beside me were eating the same food but their portion’s double mine…

99% of the female all over the world love shopping.I am an avid shopper myself.I preferred to shop for budget items though.
I personally felt that I’d rather buy a pair of reasonably priced footwear than splurging $800 on a pair of Gucci heels and used the remaining money to shop for more accessories & clothings,give some to the partially disabled but wonderfully talented underpass busker. Perhaps,I could bring my loved ones out for dinner & donate some $xx to the charity.At the end of the day,I am pretty sure that I would still have money left(+ excess) to hail for a cab home (even if I’ve to pay for the on call fare during peak hours).

~~ Budget Shopping~~
Pros:
1. More shopping (^_^)
2. More items bought
3. more accessories & clothes to mix & match
4. We don’t have to worry about damaged or lost because we'll have another excuse to shop.

Cons: 1. Some products are not as durable.(but that also meant that we could do more shopping!)

Everytime,after budget shopping,I would feel a sense of accomplishment + a bit proud of my cheap find. For those people who have never had a cheap buy before in their entire life, they would never be able to feel the high that I felt.

I felt sorry for those who only purchase expensive goodies(occasionally is alright). Using your(or your parents’) hard earned money as if Money’s out of fashion!There are lots of people around the world who doesn’t even have enough to eat.Therefore,why not these money waster donate partial of their money to those in need?One expensive good off your list of purchase could help a poor family satisfied their hunger for a couple of months.

Went shopping. I bought a mickey mouse polo tee for only $8 ! I normally wouldn’t buy any Disney nor cartoon characters clothes but it was so cheap, how to resist the temptation?

Remember those logo t-shirts (faked Von Dutch,OP,billabong,blah,blah,blah…) that are mostly sold at pasar malam for between $7- $10 per piece? I bought 2 pieces.Guess how much did I pay for them?

Imaginary friend: $6 ?

Me: No…

Imaginary friend: $5 ah?

Me: lower.

Imaginary friend: Huh? Still can lower ah?

Me: Yup (smiling).

Imaginary friend: Okay lah,I don’t want to guess liao.How much leh?

Me:Only $3! Great buy hor?

~~~~My christmas eve dinner~~~~
I forego my doctors' advice against fried food to indulge in fish & chips,ice-cream and soft drink at Swensen's.
